Photography Services

Michael Kenny Photography provides professional photography and videography services, including portrait photography, pet photography, events, and other creative projects.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Michael Kenny Photography.

A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed details, date, time, location, and pricing have been discussed and accepted by both parties.

Booking & Payments

Clients must provide accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.

Pricing, packages, and payment requirements will be discussed before the photography session takes place.

Payment must be made using the agreed payment method and within the agreed timeframe.

Additional charges may apply for services outside the originally agreed package, including extra hours, additional edits, travel, or additional requests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, they should provide as much notice as possible.

Michael Kenny Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to circumstances outside of reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, equipment failure, or emergencies.

Every effort will be made to provide an alternative date where possible.

Image Delivery & Editing

Final images will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times will vary depending on the project and will be communicated before or during the booking process.

Photography packages include a selection of professionally edited images chosen by Michael Kenny Photography.

Raw/unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed.

Copyright & Image Usage

Clients receive permission to use delivered images for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

Commercial use, resale, alteration, or distribution of images without permission is not allowed.

Michael Kenny Photography may use selected images for portfolio purposes, website display, social media, and promotional material unless the client requests otherwise before the session.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location, requirements, and details of the photography session.

For pet photography sessions, clients are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their animals during the shoot.

For events, clients should communicate any important requirements or restrictions before the photography service begins.

Website Use

All content on this website, including photographs, videos, graphics, and written material, belongs to Michael Kenny Photography unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

Future Products & Prints

Michael Kenny Photography may introduce products in the future, including photographic prints or other creative goods.

Any future products will have separate information regarding pricing, delivery, returns, and purchasing conditions at the time of release.

Liability

Michael Kenny Photography will make every reasonable effort to provide professional services and deliver high-quality work.
